Work

Things I have built, and what they could do for you.

AI agents and automations, websites for local businesses, and products used by thousands of people. Each one started with a real problem. Book a call and I will show you the one closest to yours.

01 / AUTOMATIONS AND AI AGENTS

Agents that do the busywork.

Most of these started as tools for my own life. Each one is a pattern I can build around your business, your tools, and your rules.

WEEKLY AGENT

Publix deals agent

Every week it checks the digital deals at three Publix stores, about 600 offers, and matches them against what I actually buy. I get a short list of the deals worth clipping.

How it works
A scheduled agent opens each store's deals page in its own browser, collects every offer, and compares them with items from my past receipts.
What it could do for you
Watch competitor prices, supplier catalogs, or listings on sites with no export button, and get a short summary instead of checking by hand.

BROWSER AUTOMATION

Browser farm with phone handoff

Real browsers my agents use to work on websites that have no API. When a site needs a person, for a login or a one-time code, I get a link, finish that step on my phone, and the agent picks up where it left off.

How it works
Each agent gets its own browser on my home server. Saved logins are filled in without the agent seeing the password, and anything that sends, buys, or deletes waits for my approval.
What it could do for you
Automate portal work like downloading invoices, updating listings, or filling out forms, while you stay in charge of logins and approvals.

AI ASSISTANT

Monchu

My own AI assistant, which I designed and built. I talk to it in one conversation, and it hands longer work to background workers that research, write code, sort email, and keep my notes current.

How it works
It runs on my phone, my laptop, and a home server, and shares one memory between them. It follows written rules about what it can do alone and what it must ask me first.
What it could do for you
An assistant for your team that knows your tools, your files, and your rules, answers in chat, and asks before anything risky.

DASHBOARD

Personal finances dashboard

All my bank and card accounts in one fast, searchable list of transactions, refreshed every hour. Demos use sample data, never real accounts.

How it works
Read-only bank access through Plaid syncs transactions to a small database on my home server. A phone-friendly web app shows them like a spreadsheet.
What it could do for you
One view of money across all your accounts: the first step toward automatic categories, bookkeeping prep, and alerts when something looks off.

AI CANVAS

Durandraw

A drawing board you can talk to. Describe a diagram and an AI agent draws it on an Excalidraw canvas, live, right next to your own edits.

How it works
The agent works through a small set of drawing tools and can only change the drawing, nothing else on the computer. Every change saves to one file you own.
What it could do for you
Sketch a workflow, an org chart, or a process map by describing it, then keep editing it by hand. It also shows how I keep AI agents limited to the job.

MARKETPLACE

Subway

A scheduling marketplace for substitute teachers. Schools post openings by day and time, and vetted substitutes browse them and reserve shifts ahead of time.

How it works
An admin invites each substitute, sets up schools and openings, and sees who signed up. Substitutes get their own login to browse and book. Demos use made-up people.
What it could do for you
The same shape fits any shift-based staffing: volunteers, part-time crews, or on-call technicians.

02 / WEBSITES

Websites for local businesses.

Fast, mobile-friendly sites that make the next step obvious, in English, Spanish, or both.

The kayesposito.com homepage with Kay's photo and call and message buttons
REAL ESTATE

Kay Esposito, Tampa Bay Realtor

A site for a Realtor with Signature Realty Associates, with clear sections for buyers and sellers and the areas she serves.

How it works
Visitors can call, text, or send a message. Messages land in a password-protected inbox, so no lead gets lost in email.
What it could do for you
A site that turns visitors into calls and messages you can follow up on, with analytics to see what brings them in.

TRAVEL

Camino Valdez

An English and Spanish site for a family-run guided walk of the Camino de Santiago, from Bilbao to Santiago.

How it works
It covers the route, the guide, training, and common questions, then sends visitors to book a call. Every page has a full Spanish version.
What it could do for you
Reach Spanish-speaking customers with a site that reads naturally in both languages, not a machine translation.

03 / PRODUCTS

Products used by thousands.

I have also built software, and led the teams behind it, for companies with real customers.

MOBILE APPS

FieldPulse

Two mobile apps, built from scratch, for a field service platform used by contractors. They rolled out to more than 3,000 companies.

How it works
Crews schedule jobs, track time, and send estimates and invoices from their phones and tablets. I led the team and the move off the old apps.
What it could do for you
I know how service businesses run day to day, and how to change their software without stopping the work.

CO-FOUNDER

OkZoomer

A video dating platform I co-founded when campuses closed in 2020. It connected more than 25,000 students from 200+ schools and was covered by Rolling Stone.

How it works
Students signed up, got matched, and were introduced over Zoom automatically. I built the matching and the platform behind it.
What it could do for you
I can take an idea from a blank page to something thousands of people use, fast.

Other things I can build for you.

If you do it by hand every week, it is worth a conversation.

  • Booking and reminders

Online booking, reminders, and rescheduling that fit the calendar you already use.

  • Customer chat in English and Spanish

Answer common questions on your site or by text, and pass the rest to a person.

  • Price and listing watch

Track competitor prices, supplier stock, or new listings, and get a short summary.

  • Reports from your tools

One weekly report pulled from your POS, booking, and accounting software.

  • Portal and paperwork

Download invoices, file forms, and update vendor portals without the copy and paste.

  • Internal tools

Schedules, checklists, and inventory tracking built around how your team works.

  • Website rescue

Fix a slow, broken, or locked-out website and put it back in your name.

05 / FAQ

Questions about the work.

Can I see one of these running?

Yes. Book a call and I will show you a live demo of the project closest to your problem.

Do demos use real data?

No. Demos use sample data and made-up people. Your data is never used in a demo.

Do you share the code for these projects?

Most of these are private. What I build for you is yours, with the code, logins, and notes to run it.

My business is nothing like these. Can you still help?

Probably. These are examples of patterns, not a menu. Tell me what you keep doing by hand and I will tell you honestly if it is worth automating.
