What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what we need to run the site:

  • Contact details you send through a form, email, booking link, or text message: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and your message.
  • Your text messaging consent: whether you agreed, when, and from which page or keyword.
  • Text messages and calls you send to our business numbers, and our replies.
  • Basic site usage through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to answer you, run the demo or service you asked for, send the text messages you agreed to, schedule calls, and improve the site. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging and your phone number

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and our services, and only as much as they need:

  • Twilio, to send and receive calls and text messages.
  • Cloudflare, to host the site and process form submissions.
  • Google, for site analytics.
  • Calendly, when you book a call.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and message history while we are talking or working together, and as long as needed for records of consent and opt-outs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected] or calling (656) 222-1147. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
